This year I got to take a work vacation to Boca Raton, Florida with my boss and an amazing coworker—and we earned every second of it. We were rewarded with sunshine, growth, and a whole lot of inspiration. 🌴

We soaked up one full day at the beach + pool (because balance 😉), and then dove into an Aveda immersion; Dare to Achieve class completely focused on elevating the service experience—from rituals and consultations to how guests feel the moment they walk through the door. It was a reminder that education, intention, and consistency behind the chair truly matter.

Proud of the work, proud of the growth, and so thankful to be part of a team that celebrates results and reinvests in us. This trip was equal parts reward and recharge—and I’m coming home inspired to level up even more. 🤍✂️🌞
