At 48, I’ve learned that success isn’t just measured by what you build, but by who you’re becoming along the way. Every lesson, every challenge, and every relationship has prepared me for this next chapter.

Growth happens when great minds come together. 🤗

Last week, my Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Growth Group met at one of our colleague’s beautiful floral shop (My Lady’s Florist) for our co-working session. We spent time discussing our businesses, sharing our next growth opportunities, exchanging ideas, and learning from one another.

As a special treat, we learned the art of floral arranging and got to keep our arrangement. The little lady bug is a signature touch that represents the arrangement was inspected and passed quality assurance. 🐞It was a wonderful reminder that entrepreneurship isn’t just about strategy and numbers, it’s about creativity, community, and continuously learning new skills.

I am incredibly grateful to be surrounded by such talented, supportive, and inspiring business owners who challenge me to think bigger and grow stronger. Every meeting leaves me with new ideas, fresh perspectives, and even greater excitement for what’s ahead.
