Cell Turnover Rate is a continuous process of shedding dead skin cells and subsequently replacing them with younger cells. Down below shows cell turnover rate by age! As we get older, our bodies take longer to replace old skin cells with the new ones.

How can you help your skin?

• Exfoliation is key to boosting cell turnover. Exfoliation removes dead skin cells and encourages the generation of new skin cells. Exfoliate a few times a week to physically loosen and lift dead skin cells.
• Vitamin A & D & C all promotes cell turnover.
• Products containing Vitamin C, retinol, alpha hydroxy acids (AHA)or glycolic acid, lactic acid, beta hydroxy acids (BHA) as active ingredients.
