Everything I finished in 2025!
Definitely many repeats from my recap last year but what can I say, I’m a creature of habit 🤷🏻‍♀️
Were any of your favorites on my list? Got any suggestions for things I should try? Lemme know! 👇🏻
See ya next year! 🥂

Me core 🤍

Hey, hi, and hello friends!
I’m Hannah 👋🏻
If you’re new here, welcome, if you’re not, it’s good to see you again!

I’m an esthetician and co-owner of in Decatur, Georgia

When I’m not in the treatment room touching on beautiful faces you can find me crafting, thrifting, reading, playing a video game, going for a walk or spending time with my incredible partner Richard and our fur babies Isaac and Juniper (more commonly knows as joop)

I never would have guessed when I got what I thought was just a summer job at my first salon at 16 years old that I’d still be in this industry 14 years later, let alone be an owner of a salon with a team of 20 unbelievably talented people.

This career has been so special and fulfilling in so many ways never could have imagined and I’m grateful everyday for the opportunities I’ve had, the people I get to meet, and everything I’ve learned.

Thanks for sharing the journey with me 🤍

INTRODUCING DMK ENZYME THERAPY 🧬
Enzyme therapy ensures optimal skin functioning by removing toxins and dead cell build up. Packed with proteins, and amino acids, DMK enzyme therapy’s advanced messenger enzymes along with the tightening action of the mask, act on the lymph nodes and encourage drainage and circulation. This back-flushing reaction can be felt in the form of pulsating during your treatment.

This allows the vascular system to bring fresh, oxygenated blood and nutrients to the treatment area, oxygenating the skin from the inside out, and the lymphatic system to carry away cellular waste optimally, accelerating the skins healing process to improve the health of your skin.

At the end, once the masque is removed, it can create a visible effect called the Plasmatic Effect. It looks like you can see a road map the blood running through your veins under your skin. What it means is that the mask has achieved the desired flushing effect and your skin has achieved homeostasis or perfect balance. The Plasmatic Effect quickly fades within an hour or so, but the glow and lifting effect of the treatment can be seen for several days, improving with each treatment.

This treatment rebuilds skin through stimulating cellular activity, increasing collagen production, and helping eliminate free radical damage. Suitable for all skin types, and conditions, and improves everything from acne, to rosacea, to pigmentation.

Basics above all else 🤍
This isn’t to say there’s not value to the things listed on the second slide, there absolutely is and treatments like red light therapy, chemical peels, and microneeding can cause massive changes in the skin. But the majority of the results you’re looking for are going to come from consistency in the basics of a high quality skin care routine, and nourishing and caring for your body. Starting there will enhance the results of more intensive treatments, improve your skins ability to heal and function properly, and protect you from future damage.

HOW TO POP A PIMPLE YOURSELF💥

Don’t. Let me do it 🥰

The most satisfying part of my job - nose extractions 🥰🧼✨

Sebaceous filaments, the little light brown, grayish, or flesh colored dots on the nose are totally normal and everyone has them! They will never fully go away, as It’s a healthy function of our skin to help channel sebum to the surface of the skin where it can do its job in creating a protective layer to keep moisture in and bacteria and environmental pollutants out.
We can, however do a lot to minimize the appearance of them and prevent them from growing or progressing into blackheads, as we see a bit of here.

Management strategies include proper cleansing, internal and external hydration to help promote elasticity in the skin and thinner, less sticky sebum (drinking plenty of water, add electrolytes as needed, omega-3 supplementation, hydrating toner, and hydrating serum), regular chemical exfoliation (I love a mandelic or salicylic serum), retinol to accelerate cell turnover, and regular facials with professional extractions.
