The latest DeKalb County news on Hurricane Helene DeKalb County is still preparing for Hurricane Helene as the storm gets closer to making landfall in South Georgia. Much of Metro Atlanta will experience rain and high winds. City and county facilities and schools are closed in DeKalb County, and activities have either been canceled or rescheduled.

I love hosting my massage clients at The Bodyhood in downtown Decatur. I have everything I need in terms of equipment and above all, it's a very comfortable place to work at, with a boss that's a problem solver! What else could you ask for?

Downtown Decatur lunch break massage anyone?

I truly enjoy giving massages to people experiencing emotional stress because I love creating a safe retreat away from your personal lives. If you have booked an hour-long massage, it’s likely the only hour in your week you could fit this in, and I am going to let you have that time for your peace!

I’m trained in trigger point release therapy (aka neuromuscular therapy), sports massage, reflexology, myofascial release, prenatal massage, acupressure and aromatherapy. I usually incorporate multiple styles into one session customized to your needs.

I am so enjoying working at The Bodyhood in downtown Decatur, Georgia! Great studio for massage therapists and other practitioners. You can book a massage with me on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays between 9-5pm.

My massage therapy style is a fusion of mental relaxation and deep trigger point therapy.
