Important Update 🚨

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the permanent closure of The Plunge DFB.

This decision was not an easy one.

🚨👉👉 Due to newly applied and unclear Florida regulations surrounding commercial cold plunge facilities, we are no longer able to continue operating.

🤯 The Broward County Health Department is now classifying cold plunge tubs under public pool regulations and requiring permits that were never clearly communicated to businesses like ours. At this time, there is no clear or practical process for obtaining these approvals, and several other cold plunge and wellness facilities in our area have also been forced to close.

We want to emphasize that this closure is not due to any confirmed cleanliness or sanitation issue. We have always held ourselves to the highest standards of water quality, maintenance, cleanliness, and member safety.

Unfortunately, the uncertainty, delays, and financial burden created by these new requirements have made it impossible for us to move forward.

The Plunge DFB was built to be more than a recovery center—it was a community. We are deeply grateful for every member, every visit, every conversation, and every person who believed in our mission.

FAQ for Members

What happens to my membership?
All memberships will be canceled effective immediately due to closure.

Will I be charged again?
No. All recurring billing has been stopped. No further charges will be processed.

What about unused time, credits, or remaining value?
We are reviewing all active accounts and will be reaching out directly to each member regarding any remaining balances or credits.

Do I need to do anything right now?
No action is required from members at this time. We will contact you directly if anything is needed.

To better serve you during the summer season, The Plunge will be operating under the following new schedule:

Week Time:
🕖 Morning: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
🌙 Evening: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Weekend Time :
Saturday and Sunday
⏩️ 8 AM - 3 PM
