What does it mean to have "healing hands"? For me, it means everything. 🩺✨As an oncology-trained esthetician, my days are spent serving a wonderful senior community. The clients I see carry so much—not just physical pain or physical stress, but mental fatigue too.Through targeted, compassionate touch and specialized energy, I am able to guide them into a state of pure relaxation. Seeing the tension leave their faces and knowing their minds are finally at rest is how I know I am exactly where I’m supposed to be.Deeply grateful for this calling and the beautiful souls I get to care for every single day. 🤍🌱

Perfect gluten free chewy soft small batch matcha cookies. Ingredients (Yields ~6 cookies):• 1 cup ultra-fine blanched almond flour• 1½ tsp matcha powder• ½ tsp baking powder• ⅛ tsp fine sea salt• 2 tbsp + 2 tsp honey• 1½ tbsp coconut oil, melted• ½ tsp vanilla extract• ¼ cup 85% dark chocolate chips. Chopped walnuts
