I want to address something that has unfortunately escalated.

There has been ongoing harassment, false information, and direct outreach not only toward me, but now toward my clients, family, friends, past coworkers, and other business connections. Individuals are being contacted and tagged in an attempt to involve anyone associated with me.

This has gone far beyond what is appropriate, and I am actively handling it through the proper legal channels.

I also want to acknowledge the court document that has been shared.

I take accountability for my part in that situation. However, what is being circulated lacks important context. The document itself reflects a “reimbursement to plaintiff for monies she has paid”—not a direct payment to the individual making these claims.

There was also a documented error in bookkeeping on the funeral home’s end. While I do have supporting documentation, fully correcting that would require further legal action. At this point, I have made the decision not to continue pursuing additional court proceedings, as I am focused on moving forward and protecting my peace.

If you have been contacted, tagged, or pulled into this, I am truly sorry. You should never have been placed in the middle of something so personal.
