There was a period of my early 20’s where I was terrified of aging. It got to the point where it wasn’t healthy.

These days I try to live my life like the Mediterraneans. I’m outside a lot. Real foods. Surrounded in community. And BOY, did it change my mental health.

We live in an era where wellness can be consuming. But don’t forget to actually live. 🫶🏻

There’s not too many estheticians, there’s not enough support.

Everyday estheticians are graduating their state boards, handed a license and think “now what.”

School teaches you how to pass state boards & that’s all. But skill alone isn’t enough to carry you into a longterm, successful career.

The beauty industry is competitive, but it’s very doable.

We don’t need less estheticians. We need more of everything else.

We need more mentors. More community. More networking. More continued education. More transparency. More financial literacy.
