Here’s my review after almost a month of taking . This for real definitely helps with digestion and has helped get rid of that bloated feeling. I noticed energy increased and plus they taste so good. First week I started with two gummies a day then transitioned to 4 a day just to see the difference. I definitely noticed major difference when taking 4 so that’s what I have been doing.
