Exhale Body and Soul

Our neighbor Linda!!

Our neighbor!

We are looking for someone to join our busy practice of massage therapists. We are a no drama group and would love to find another LMT to join us. Interested? Call or text Ann at 419-783-7126.

A little reminder from your favorite massage therapists… 💆‍♀️💆‍♂️❤️

We completely understand that life happens! Things come up, schedules change, kids get sick, and sometimes plans just don’t go as expected. We get it!

That being said, last-minute cancellations and no-shows really do hurt our small business. When an appointment is cancelled at the last minute, or someone simply doesn’t show up, we not only lose the revenue from that appointment, but we also lose the opportunity to offer that spot to someone else who may have been waiting and really wanted in.

Those last-minute openings are especially hard to fill. There may be someone texting us asking, “Do you have anything available this week?” while we’re sitting in the office with an empty appointment slot that could have gone to them. 😭

We aren’t sharing this to make anyone feel bad, we just want to give a little behind-the-scenes perspective on what those missed appointments actually mean to a small business. Our time is our livelihood, and every appointment matters. ❤️

So, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. We appreciate our clients SO much and are incredibly grateful for every person who supports our small business. 🥰

Thank you for understanding and for supporting our business! We truly appreciate each and every one of you!
