It’s been a while since I’ve posted or shown my face on here. The last few months have just been too nutty to keep up and I just felt like I need a little break. New year brings new chances to set new goals and focus my intentions for business. For those who don’t know me here’s a great opportunity to re introduce myself my name is Christine Hawes I’m 44, been in the hair industry now over 20 years. I am a seasoned stylist but with the heart of a young stylist. After all these year I still have such great passion for this industry . I’m still pushing my craft by taking classes and forever growing my trade. My goal for 2025 is to really work on my extensions skills and start offer that into my salon menu. I’m a mom of 6 year old twins, one son and one daughter?I have been married for almost 10 years ( this may) we struggled on our own to conceive so they are my miracle ivf babies, and yes I know how very blessed we are. I am a crazy dog lover but am currently taking a break from having them, life is just to nutty and it wouldn’t be fair to have one right now. So I will and embarrassedly( to my husband) need to pet every dog I see. I love coffee, wine and have a sweet tooth. I love to craft, Halloween is my favorite holiday and have had a crush on Paul Rudd since I was 17. I’m a natural introvert, but if you know me well you will forget I am. I wear my emotions on my sleeve and my facial expressions can’t hid it, even with Botox🤪. I am hard working and really give my all to each and every client that sits in my chair. One thing u can’t say is that I don’t care, I probably care too much ( people pleaser that I am) and want you to have the healthy hair, while reaching your hair goals. And am always down to change it up when you are as well . I specialize in blondes, and lived in color, but I started out as a cutting specialist, so still have a passion for cutting including men’s cuts and I love cutting pixie and bobs. When you get that money shot! All blondes are not created equal and not all blondes are high maintenance. Ask about a lived in blonde at your next appointment, instead of a traditional 6-8 week touch up think more like 12-16 weeks, you could always re tone/ trim and refresh the money piece between to really get it looking fresh the whole time.

my newest obsession when adding in a few focus foils is mimicking child like highlights around the face. It use to be I would put them on too, but now think of ponytail like highlights. Think of how a child’s hair lightens in the sun being up in ponytail. I’ll back comb for a more lived in look and really focus those few foils right around the face. a great added in service for tint touch ups.
