As much as you want to touch your face right after your facial, please don't! Hahaha. Your face is nice and clean and more exposed than normal, so we don't want to chance adding bacteria. Here are a couple of other post facial tips for you..
*Avoid heavy makeup for about 24 hours
* Skip intense workouts/saunas/hot yoga the same day
* Avoid harsh actives like retinol, AHAs/BHAs, or scrubs for 72 hours.
* Wear sunscreen daily

Working inside in a dark space all day can sometimes take a toll, so one of my favorites things to do in San Diego... go to the zoo just before closing and get my steps, get some vitamin D all while seeing amazing animals along the way. Have you been to the zoo? What's your favorite animal to see?
