Sourdough baking is soooo FUN, but that’s not why I do it. Sourdough baking is delicious, but that’s not why I do it. Sourdough is nourishment that the body recognizes as actual FOOD, not simply convenience. Common misconceptions keep many people from adopting this practice into their life, but I have created and fine-tuned a method of teaching that joyfully helps you integrate this practice into your life with Grace & ease. 💛🧚🙌

This winter was the hardest one yet for my little girl’s lips. She’s only eight, but she’s confident, tenacious, and determined. The kind of child who rarely slows down. Still the cold cracked her lips so deeply that even aloe straight from the plant brought a stinging sensation that sent her into tears.

As a mother *and* an herbalist, that moment stopped me. When even the gentlest remedies hurt, you feel helpless. You want to take the discomfort away with your own hands.
