When the workout only calls for a sandbag… but your training partner is just as eager (or ridiculous) as you are. 😅

So naturally, you throw on weighted vests and break out the worm.

Because why make it easier?

Do what sets your heart on fire.

Be with the people your heart naturally lights up around.

Follow your true north.

It won’t always be the easiest path, but it is often the one that feels most alive.

Your mind will always have reasons to stay closed, play it safe, or remain in relationships, jobs, or patterns you’ve outgrown. Fear is convincing. It will tell you that familiar is safer than free.

But there comes a point where the cost of staying becomes greater than the fear of leaving.

Yes, building a life you genuinely love can be uncomfortable at first. It asks you to trust yourself, disappoint expectations, and walk toward the unknown.

But living a life shaped by fear has a cost too.

So ask yourself: What if the life calling you is worth the temporary discomfort of becoming the person who can live it?

I’d say it is.

And I’d say you’re worth it.

Nothing Left to Hold | A Song About Letting Go, Surrender & Trusting Life 06/18/2026

I had some fun using AI to create a song that I used in my course.

“Nothing Left to Hold” is a song about surrender, release, and discovering who you are when the stories, burdens, and identities you’ve clung to finally fall away.

I’m really digging it. Enjoy!

Sometimes I’m just a Mom chasing my girls.
Laughing
Playing
Being silly
Making memories
And staying present for the moments that won’t come around again.
These moments are precious, and I’m grateful for every one of them.

Everyone’s trying to earn their worth.

Religion made it heaven.
Spirituality made it ascension.
Culture made it success, money, achievement, status, productivity, and promotion.

Different costumes.
Same wound.

People think they’re traveling up some hierarchical ladder toward finally becoming enough.

But you are not moving anywhere.
That’s the illusion.

You were never separate from God, wholeness, love, or life to begin with.

The wave doesn’t travel to become the ocean.
It already is the ocean.

No one is ahead.
No one is behind.
No one is more divine or worthy than another expression of creation.

Just different degrees of contraction, identification, embodiment, and remembering.

When you stop using experiences to measure your worth, everything changes.

The job. The relationship. The conversation. The success. The failure. The performance. The risk.

It’s all the same… but completely different.

There’s more freedom. More laughter. More curiosity. More engagement. More learning. More respect for yourself and others.

Because you’re no longer entering life trying to extract proof that you’re enough.

You’re just finally here for the experience of being alive.

I said it.

If you feel like you’re constantly absorbing other people’s emotions…it might not be because you’re “highly sensitive.”

It might be because your nervous system learned to read the room to stay safe.

And now it’s running that pattern automatically.

That doesn’t make you broken.
But it also doesn’t mean the world is overwhelming you.

It means your system is reacting.

And if that’s true—you’re not at the mercy of other people’s emotions.

You’re just learning how to stay with your own.

It’s okay. I know this can hit hard. I used to believe the lie too, but once you see through it and realize you were only ever experiencing your own reaction that puts you into a position of power and something you can actually work with.

It’s exhausting trying to be understood by everyone.

Trying to say things the “right” way…
Trying to not be too much…
Trying to not be misunderstood…

And all of it comes from one quiet belief:
“If they don’t receive me well… something’s wrong with me.”

But what if that’s not true?
What if their reaction…
has nothing to do with your worth?

You don’t need to reshape yourself to be received.
