One blowout at a time

All I know is what I learned the hard way. Number 1 is not nourishing your scalp with oil prior to your shampoo. has an oil to help balance your scalp product ton. That is what gives me longevity in my blowouts. Also, going to sleep with wet hair is a an absolute No- No. Your hair deserves to be clean and dry. Not wet and flat to the scalp. Brushing your hair on non wash days at the scalp with a boar bristle brush is key when distributing your natural oil through out your hair. Obviously using heat protectant prior to your blow dry and also incorporating an oil at your ends are additions. We really need to be making to our hair care routine. And last but not least would be stop frying the s**t out of your hair with bleach foils and heat. Your hair quite literally is never going to grow. .
