Shop will be open tomorrow back from vacation!

So we have heard there is a rumor on the internet that we are closing that is not true.

Rick is back to work regular hours.

Rick is cleared to return to work and will reopen on March 17th. Due to his recent surgery, his hours may vary, and he may close earlier than scheduled. Please bear with him as he recovers.

Rick is presently unable to lift his left arm above shoulder height due to medical restrictions and will see a doctor in a two weeks. Updates will follow. Matt is still training and may be available for smaller clientele; if interested, please contact me to arrange.

Rick was supposed to have a pacemaker put in today, but the surgeon apparently decided it wasn’t an emergency and cancelled it until next week. Please bear with us; he will be closed Wednesday, the 5th, and for at least a week after they do the surgery. He will be open the rest of this week and Tuesday next week.

Thursday February 5, 2026 shop will close at 12 PM due to an appointment.

Shop will be closed November 24-28 for Thanksgiving will reopen on December 2,2025

An update regarding our shop's status: we are not closing. Contrary to circulating rumors, we have not received any information or offers that would suggest otherwise. Rick is doing his best to manage wait times efficiently. Our daughter's schedule is restricted due to her teaching certification and caring for her toddler. She is certified in both areas. Our son is in the final quarter of Barber School and will need to pass the State licensing exam shortly.
