Glow sticks for everyone to light up the night!
1. Vinyasa Flow Yoga: We'll start with a Vinyasa flow to awaken the body, build heat, and center the mind.

2. The Rave: Connect to the beat, let the music move you, and enter the rhythm. Let go of what no longer serves you.

3. Ecstatic Dance & Somatic Release: Dance like nobody is watching. Move, release, and enter that blissful trance of ecstatic dance. Reset neural patterns, release energy, and feel alive!

4. Wind Down & Rest: We slowly transition into rest with Yoga Nidra - quieting the mind, connecting with the soul, and integrating the experience.

No dance experience is necessary.💃

Cost: $10

Most people dealing with hip pain or tightness have already tried stretching, PT, or chiropractic — and are still stuck.

In one focused hour, Dr. Cory Sellers will walk you through why your hips keep hurting or feeling tight, what most providers miss, and what a real root-cause solution looks like for active adults.

You'll learn:

Why stretching isn't fixing your hip tightness

The root cause of YOUR hip pain

How to keep moving while your hip heals

Donation-based: Proceeds will be donated to the ALS Foundation.

Remembering Dr. Mac Steen. Colleen & I are wearing our tie dye in honor of a beloved member of our community. Colleen will always remember going with him to the father daughter Gator games and hearing him cheer his famous Gator chant!

Come stressed. Come tired. Come with 47 tabs open in your brain and a to-do list that seems neverending.

You don't have to be flexible, peaceful, or even know what you're doing.

Just show up as you are. Move a little. Breathe a little. Maybe leave feeling a little more like yourself.

That's yoga. And there's room for you here. 💗

Join Dr. C for a hands-on workshop exploring the folk practice of sympathetic magic through the creation of your own intention poppet.

Bring along anything small that feels connected to your intention: a business card for abundance or career growth, a photo, a piece of cloth, a written word or affirmation, a strand of hair, or another personal item that holds meaning for you. You’ll incorporate these pieces into your poppet to create a personal energetic link to your intention.

This workshop is all about positive intention, creativity, and a little good magic. No hexes, no harm, no creepy business. Just thoughtful energy directed toward something you’d like to cultivate in your life.

All materials will be provided. Come create a little intentional magic with us!
