So what is ASMR and what can you expect to experience?
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, this is the involuntary reaction your body has to different visual, audio and touch that can feel like tingles up your spine, some describe it as euphoric, but for many it is just very soothing, nostalgic, and extremely relaxing.
