Hello Franco Alexander Salon Community,

To ensure that our appointment slots are being utilized effectively and fairly, we will require a credit card to be taken at the time of your reservation. This will help us minimize missed appointments and last-minute cancellations so that we can continue to provide the best possible experience for our clients.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. This will help us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment to open.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 75% of your scheduled service cost; however, 50% of that fee will be applied to your next appointment, providing your service is completed within 30 days of the cancellation date. If you fail to cancel or are within 3 hours of your service you WILL be charged 100%.

To reduce our costs of credit/debit charges we are now accepting ZELLE payments, you can sign up for FREE through your bank.

Credit card 💳 information will be taken with each booking AND charged a $1 fee immediately and will be reimbursed at your time of service.

We finished 2023 with $14,750 dollars in No Shows and Last Minute Cancelations, compared to 2022 with $17,059 dollars. I guess that's an improvement???

We wanted to let you know about an update to our booking policy that will be effective on 4/15/2023.

Over $17,000 dollars was lost in 2022 alone, that’s 243 working hours and 6½ weeks without any income.
