I'm A OG Stylist and OG Beauty Salon for over 30yrs. This don't happen in my Salon because, I Angels let customers know before they sit in my chair, there will be an extra detangle fee. Because detangling for over 10 minutes is a hair care service. 
Customers that comes in and haven't comb their hair in weeks sometimes a month, because of a protective style, box braids, crochet, braid down for extensions etc. At Angels we Welcome you to come in and get properly de tangled and scalp detox of all the build up. That's a ex service and an extra fee .
