Let’s Talk About Google Reviews…. Let me Give you a quick backstory, there is an intense Odor inhabiting Our Salon. The smell is out of my control, it is caused by a drainage issue outside in the back parking lot. We are working with the management company to rectify the issue as soon as possible. I deeply apologize for the situation and thank you to all our clients for your patience during this time 🖤

Thank you for your feedback, while I understand that the odor negatively affected your experience, I feel compelled to address the comparison made in your review. As a Jewish person, I find comparing an unpleasant smell to “your imagination of the Holocaust” to be deeply offensive, insensitive, and completely inappropriate. The Holocaust was a systematic murder of 6 Million Jews and Millions of other Victims. Using it as a casual point of reference to describe a temporary odor issue is not only disrespectful to those who suffered and died but also trivializes one of history’s greatest atrocities!

Reguarding the odor itself, it is not originating from the salon. The source is a drainage issue in the plaza parking lot that is unfortunately out of my control. We have been actively working with property management and the appropriate authorities to fix this issue as quickly as possible.

In the meantime I have invested in a commercial grade Aroma360 system to help make the salon more comfortable for all our clients while we wait for the issue to be resolved.

I would also like to clarify that the salon is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. The odor is unrelated to the business or the services provided inside the Salon.

I sincerely regret that this temporary external issue affected your visit, and I remain committed to providing a clean, professional , and welcoming environment for every client.
