I’m excited to announce I’m officially a certified Health Coach!! From a personal wellness journey to a professional one, there’s so much I can’t wait to share with you! I’m thrilled to be adding this to my Massage Therapy practice!
So, what IS a Health Coach?? Like any coach, a Health Coach supports, motivates and educates. Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase energy or get healthy, health coaches take the time to listen and help you discover where and why you are struggling. At a time when 1:5 will die of a lifestyle related disease, and diabetes and obesity are at an all-time high, health coaches provide the nutritional and lifestyle guidance we, as a society desperately need to find our way to optimal wellness and longevity.
In addition to ongoing support, accountability & encouragement, as a client you will receive handouts, recipes, books & fun giveaways. I will offer supermarket tours, group workshops, online classes and cooking demos. I will be offering a 6-month and 3-month package, along with individual sessions. More details to come next week.
