Deanna here…owner of Sage I’ve been taking some time off..several weeks in fact, as I try to deal with the aftermath of several personal stressors. I’m a stoic and workaholic and I work even when I shouldn’t. Well technically I’m still working on the MSO side, but haven’t been seeing clients personally or doing trainings. It’s not a thing to be proud of, it’s just a fact about me and my wiring.

We purchased a home that’s 125 years old..and one that matters to me, one I raised my kids in and loved from a distance as it endured utter devastation at the hands of its next owners. We decided to move in so we could make real progress. We moved into a wreck at the same time Sage Advice was surging in growth, I’m recovering from a devestating injury (again), my beloved uncle got sick then died and my kids’ dad had advanced heart surgery. He’s still in a coma and we are 8 days past surgery. When I say a wreck: no kitchen, one toilet that backed up, no bathing or real floors or ac that works right. We went back to the house yesterday where we lived before and I told my husband to leave me there lol.

All I’ve been able to think about aside from growing Sage has been getting some relief from work stress, but today I found myself craving getting some threads buried into skin and making some PRF ez gel and injecting it into nasolabial folds lol. Someone asked me about PRF and RFMN and various clients have messaged saying hey I value the work you do or I like the quality of your organization and those small things are encouraging me to get back at it.

I almost never run out of capacity and I’m still not. I just need a break and then a way to balance this house and my companies. Jeff says about me: “Deanna likes to make big deals”…he means overdo things or bite off a lot.

I have discovered the most amazing peel! I’ve been using and doing chemical peels for 15 years. I’ve always used some derivative of the same type(s) that are gentle but effective for skin cell turnover.

The one I’m using now is expensive comparatively, also doesn’t peel like my previous ones-but what it’s doing for pigment is amazing!!!
