EVOLVE WITH SAGE

I have learned that the best careers are rarely built in one straight line.

They evolve.

Before aesthetics, I had built a successful executive career. I knew how to lead teams, solve problems and make businesses run—but I was tired of endless meetings, corporate politics and being highly compensated to remain permanently available.

I had helped build successful businesses, but I wanted to know what I could build for myself.

I wanted work that was tangible, creative and directly connected to the person sitting in front of me.

That search led me to esthetic school.

Like many providers entering this industry, I was not simply looking for another job. I wanted autonomy. I wanted meaningful work. I wanted control over my schedule, my income and my future.

I began searching for the most effective and efficient way to create real anti-aging results.

I studied treatments, watched outcomes and looked for the right niche. Then I used the same skills I had developed as an executive—strategy, systems, positioning, efficiency and operations—to build a practice that worked around my life instead of consuming it.

I learned how to combine and stack treatments so each service supported the next, clients received better results and every hour I worked became more valuable.

That evolution allowed me to work part time and build a six-figure career.

Eventually, I wrote Glow Alone to show other estheticians how I had done it—how to work independently, stack services, create a profitable niche and build a real career without becoming a high-volume spa or working themselves into the ground.

But I kept evolving.

I moved into injectables, believing advanced treatments were the natural next step.

Then I experienced a medical board investigation.

It was one of the most frightening chapters of my career, but it became one of the most important.

It taught me that talent, training and beautiful results are not enough.

A medical aesthetics practice also needs proper delegation, medical oversight, documentation, protocols, scope-of-practice guidance and systems that can withstand scrutiny.

I realized how many providers were being taught how to perform treatments without being taught how to structure the medical practice around them.

So I evolved again.

I owned a medspa. I became an instructor. I studied compliance, delegation and medical aesthetics operations. I began creating the systems I had once desperately needed myself.

Eventually, that work became Sage.

Sage Aesthetics. Sage Academy. Sage MSO.

A connected system designed to help esthetic providers evolve from talented technicians into educated, confident and properly supported business owners.

Because growth should not simply mean adding more services, working more hours or accepting more risk.

It should mean building a stronger foundation.

Today, I am putting down my tools.

Not because I stopped loving aesthetics, but because my role has evolved.

Now I teach providers. I build systems. I run an MSO. I help people understand the business, medical and compliance structures that allow their talent to become a sustainable career.

I know what it feels like to begin again.

To search for your niche.

To want more income without wanting more chaos.

To move into advanced treatments and suddenly realize how much you were never taught.

To wonder whether your structure truly protects you.

And to feel ready for the next version of your career, even when you are not yet sure what that version looks like.

You do not have to evolve alone.

Evolve with Sage.

Education. Compliance. Medical support. Sustainable growth.

Everything your next chapter needs.

Texas gives aesthetic providers incredible freedom to grow.

But with that freedom comes responsibility.

If you perform delegated medical aesthetic procedures, you practice under the authority of the Texas Medical Board. That means complaints can happen—even from someone you’ve never treated.

That’s why delegation, protocols, documentation, physician oversight, and the right insurance aren’t optional—they’re your foundation.

At Sage, we help you build that foundation correctly from day one.

We walk our members through compliant setups, provide physician oversight, and connect you with insurance that includes coverage for Texas Medical Board investigations.

You shouldn’t have to choose between building a successful business and wondering if you’ve missed something that could put your license or livelihood at risk.

Sage wasn’t created by investors. It wasn’t created by attorneys. And it wasn’t created by a physician looking to add another income stream.

It was created by a Texas medical spa owner who was tired of watching providers pay for medical director services that ended with a signature and little else.

We built the company we wished we’d had—real physician oversight, real compliance, practical systems, and people who answer the phone when you need them.

Every policy, protocol, form, chart template, and workflow was designed to help you operate with confidence—not confusion.

So if the Texas Medical Board ever comes knocking, you can open the door knowing you’ve built your practice on a solid foundation—not hoping everything is in order.

Sage Medical Directors Medical director services, physician oversight, compliance, laser delegation, injectable support and advanced aesthetic training for Texas med spas, wellness clinics and aesthetic providers.
