Now I know how to make the 3d chrome art pop a little better!
(For the nail girlies, it helped to matte coat the base layer of chrome in order to isolate the raised designs. For the 3d elements I mixed Daily Charme's no wipe 3d chrome gel with some TGB top coat- it was just too thick to paint with on its own, and BIAB self-leveled too quickly)
