Graphic content warning! Do not look if you are squeamish!
Had a serious injury at work that slowed the sharpening down to a complete halt. It's been almost 2 months, and I can confidently say that I am capable again and ready to take on some new clients. If you have reached out and I have not gotten back to you I apologize. I wasn't sure how long it would be before I could get steel back to the old stones, so I left it alone until I felt good about it again. I am now ready to start considering new inquiries, so let me know what you've got, and I'll let you know what we can do!

A good session of all Japanese blades. This is my bread and butter.

Got this order knocked out for a local home chef. I'm sure they will be pleased. These knives have been well cared for, but I knocked the bolster down a hair, and they are now ridiculously sharp. Having sharpened plenty of wusthof classics old and new, i can say for a fact that these knives have never been sharper, even when they were new.

Got these knocked out sunday! A couple very nice japanese knives and some hard working german blades. This was a gig done for a pro so it was fun to switch gears on each style to get each of them back in working order so that they can all perform to their full potential.

Got these bad boys knocked out. A randall made model 10, a little chipaway cutlery fixed blade, a spyderco spydiechef, and a dalstrong phantom series crixus 8.
The randall and spyderco are some of the finest non kitchen knives I've ever had the pleasure of sharpening.
