Seeking a PT virtual assistant specializing in offering administrative services to clients from a remote location, usually a home office, reporting to Business owner and working with Brand Manager. Some Travel required 1-2x a month.

Typical tasks a virtual assistant might
perform include scheduling appointments
, making phone calls, making travel arrangements, and managing email accounts and social accounts.

Preferably someone who manages/supports other brands and understands the importance of digital marketing, available Sun-Wed mornings for administrative work. Studio is busy with beauty clients all other times.

-Microsoft office, Asana/Trello, Google Suite skills preferred. Preferably College Undergrad, near Studio Location.

Yes I know, who cancels their birthday trip? 🙋🏾‍♀️ But priorities are priorities, and I’m nowhere near where I want to be with my goals. So this week I’m focusing on all things business and celebrating my birthday honoring my future self by showing up as her TODAY.
