This global event brings together the Redken Power Network from around the world to learn the hottest trends, try the newest products, and grow as leaders, educators, and humans. From hands-on trainings for 2025 in-salon education to insanely creative runway shows, a gallery of exciting launches, and connection events that gave me all the feels. I’m leaving completely energized, endlessly grateful, and SO ready to share everything I’ve learned. I already told y’all- 2025 is gonna be the best year yet and I can’t wait to see everyone grow✨

✨DAY ONE✨at has been such a powerful reminder of why I love this industry sm. I got to catch up with some of my absolute favorite Redken hair besties and meet so many new ones—it’s always inspiring to be surrounded by this level of talent and passion.

The energy here is unmatched, and I’m so excited about the new products and innovations coming our way (but forreal , get ready)! But here we come DAY TWO- I’m looking forward to most is diving into hands on practical applications and train the trainer education. There’s nothing better than learning something new and bringing it back to inspire and grow others.
