Hi there! It’s Avery Jo, the hands and heart behind Lucky Jo Co.! With my new skin studio opening, now seemed like a great time to introduce myself and my story, so here goes!
After high school, I wasn’t exactly sure where I wanted my career to go, but I found my way to esthetics, and it couldn’t have been a better fit. I’ve always been passionate about helping people feel their best and connecting through self-care.
I graduated in November 2022 and immediately opened my own business. It’s been one of the most challenging yet rewarding experiences, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything!
This year has been incredible. I got engaged to my love of four years and am beyond grateful for everything that’s brought me here. My love for adventure and travel was sparked during my childhood when I spent time camping, hiking, and exploring the mountains. This love still drives me today.
Fun fact: Before I found esthetics, I thought I’d be a tattoo artist. I’ve always loved bringing art to life in any way I can.

We have dropped off the donation bins but there is still one more day to donate! 💲
Between your guys generous donations on here, and the proceeds that the facials have brought in we have raised $166. 🫶🏻
We are so close to our $200 goal, let’s see if we can reach it by tomorrow night! ☺️
This fundraiser has been a great success so far, we have raised at least $105. There’s still time to make an even bigger impact! You can donate or book your facials until May 30th. 20% of the facial proceeds will go to TESSA House, supporting their mission to provide shelter and assistance to those in need in Colorado Springs.
