Loved meeting this magical fairie! Sometimes cuts don’t require major change to make big impact and help with the growing out process. I love working with a head of hair that has all three textures- wavy, curl, and coily!

I absolutely ADORE working with these curls! This definitely one of the most unique and creative shapes I’ve sculpted utilizing curly cutting techniques. I love that from the front it is soft and rounded and from the back and sides it’s funky and angular. The juxtaposition leaves me swooning 🥵🤤🤩

I absolutely LOVED doing this cut- by far one of my most creative and disconnected curly cuts I’ve done. We had sort of a jellyfish cut inspired by a classic art nouveau silhouette. We brought Victorian elegance to 2026! All thanks to for letting me play and so wildly fun and challenging hair.

I’m so excited to announce that Root Society- salon + community space is underway!!! The day has finally come and thanks to all of you that have supported me over the years. I truly could not create this space without you! This will not only be a salon in the heart of Rino but also a SAFE space community center. Sundays will be dedicated to building community that we need more so than EVER! We will be hosting all sorts of events- craft days, sound baths, open mics, yoga, hair classes and so much more. Can’t wait to share the progress and see you all there when it’s complete!!!

Sierra and I officially have our little solo suite up and running! Working together has been amazing for us and our clients 🫶 hit her up for all your hair color needs- she has been trained on curly hair color and has been a colorist for 17 years!!! There isn’t much she can’t do. We are both all inclusive and welcome all walks of life. We want to create a safe haven especially when times don’t feel so safe ❤️ NEW LOCATION: Phenix Salon Suites, 1931 Sheridan Blvd, Unit H, suite 117, Edgewater, CO 80214. I am so excited!!!!!! This new chapter of my hair journey couldn’t be happening in a better way. The stars have finally aligned ✨ it’s time for me to fly with the dream I’ve always had. I am LIVING for this hair cut. This perfectly rounded little baby Afro was so satisfying to cut and it was an honor to work with some people wonder why they have this curl pattern but can’t get this kind of volume or shape. It can partially be due to cut but a lot of it has to do with density and hair and the coarseness of the strand. She has a lot of hair and because of that it’s packs her curls in tight enough for them to grow more perpendicular out of her scalp. The coarseness of her strand supplies rigidity and structure for the curl making it able to defy gravity and not fall. There are so many elements you have to consider when cutting curls to properly analyze what the hair is capable of.
