Pilates! My first time being on a Pilates chair in many years.
My form is awful lol (toes not pointed enough & my hands should be further away on the chair, etc) but it felt so good to play a bit 🫶🏼 Pilates improves conscious control of all muscular movement. It is corrective; stabilizing & strengthening to joints 💥💪🏼 It has been the most beneficial practice to my body & fitness evolution over the years.
