Day off today. Trying some painting, this is fun and chaotic! The beauty is, things don’t need to be perfect to be fun and playful. 🩷🙌
Another successful sound bath with Steve and I. This has been amazing and looking forward to the next one on May 4th.
Feeling stressed, anxious or disconnected? I was, so I went on a hike with Trixie. Saw some magpies, two hawks, 3 mule deer and a partridge in a pear tree (ok not this). Feeling better, centered and more grounded. Cut out the noise and come into your body. 🩷🩷☯️🙌 Find balance and self care.
Somatic art play with Steve to create some blacklight tapestries for the sound bath on April 19th. We have one slot available!! 🩷 Throwing tie dye paint and spray painting is so much fun, I felt like a little kid again!
