It's not just for a girl's night in! Botox parties are a great way to celebrate all the things and a good excuse to get your favorite people together for a fun afternoon or evening! Alcohol can't be consumed until consents are signed and aftercare instructions have been given; 2. If you are getting treatment prior to an event such as a wedding, it takes a full 7-10 days for botox to take full effect; 3. It is recommended that you keep your head upright, not do strenuous physical activity or wear tight hats/headbands for 4-5 hrs after treatment, so keep that in mind if you are thinking about an evening event! I have multiple groups of girlfriends that take turns hosting their friend group every 3 months and I get the bonus of spending a little time with them every few months🤩 Parties are also a great opportunity to be among people you love and trust if you are nervous about getting treated for the first time...I am there to answer any/all questions if you are still deciding if you want treatment, too! Two great products, two different goals! I like to think of Sculptra as the collagen/elastin powerhouse - Usually placed more laterally in the face in the areas that start to see hollowing from fat and collagen loss, this product stimulates the body's fibroblasts to produce more collagen and elastin over time. As these areas start to plump up, it offers a gentle pull/lift of the skin centrally, and filling those hollows (think temples, mid cheeks and in front of the ears) really creates a more youthful glow. Radiesse has a few different uses, as well. Creating structure and contour in areas that are more "bony" is where Radiesse can really shine! I LOVE Radiesse in the jawline/chin area to create more structure and tightening of that tissue that tends to get heavy around the jowl/marionette region. In a hyper-dilute mix (thinned out slightly with sodium chloride solution), this medication works great in smoothing out neck lines, rejuvenating the hands and in providing more structural filling for older clients that have more volume loss. Radiesse also stimulates collagen over time. Bottom line: Both fantastic and both have their place!
