We just wanted to make sure anyone who is interested in booking with me has a good understanding of the following in order to get and stay on my books
🚨 As a small business We DO NOT GET PAID HOURLY. We get paid by the appointment. So if all my appointments decide not to show up WE DO NOT GET PAID.
🚨Please make sure to give out the correct email and phone number when booking in order to receive Reminders/confirmations
🚨If you book and cancel or no call no show me day of appointment. I will ban you and you no longer have the right to book with me
🚨Just because you rescheduled for the 8th time within 72 hours will not keep you on my books. DO NOT KEEP REBOOKING IF YOU ARE NOT COMING. Leave those spots open for clients who respect my time
🚨If you are constantly late to your appointment I will ban you from my books. Be considerate of my time but also clients who are booked after you
We been very understanding and flexible with everyone. Some people have unfortunately taken advantage. I get it things happen. At the end of the day I do not make money being a walk in business. We are appointment only.
Simply being irresponsible and forgetting you made an appointment is not worth me booking you. There’s clients who wait weeks to see us.
If you break any of Shapes salon and studio policies you will pay up front for your next service in full in order to get back on my books.
