This September, every treatment gives back. 💙 Help us reach 1,300 treatments and Spavia Park Meadows will donate $1,000 to Knock Knock Angels Colorado, an organization dedicated to transforming the homes and lives of families in need. Whether you’re visiting for a massage, facial, body treatment, lashes or a little time to yourself, your September treatment helps move us closer to our goal. Together, we can turn self-care into meaningful care for our community.

He says, “I believe we are underappreciating what we can do as massage therapists and because of that we are not being as effective as we could be, and burning out in the process! Despite that, massage is the number 1 used alternative/complimentary form of healthcare and there’s probably close to a few million around the globe doing this out of love and passion for helping people. So the floor for this work is good AND there is so much more we could do. My goal is to #1 show MTs how to take care of themselves so they can practice without fear of injury/burnout and #2 Teach them to apply somatic, neurophyiological principles and techniques so their clients become active participants and unwind without effort.”
