🪞 so much reflection 🪞

disclaimer: this is a highlight reel. not pictured: a mix of sweet, sour, spicy, and salty moments that i didn’t have my phone out for.

long story shortish: i’ve been a single woman now (by choice, obviously lol) for four years. i was in a 6-year relationship and a 7-year career that both helped shape my identity. they both ended in 2020. i fled to the oregon coast and isolated myself in an attempt to figure out: wtf just happened. when i did decide to return to colorado, i realized i’d never really lived a life of my own—a life independent of a partner or a physical business to anchor me—and i struggled at first, very much. the last six months have shown me how much love i have here. in the last two years of being back, i have built a life for myself that i love, that continues to evolve in exciting ways, that still contains a lot of uncertainty and instability—but the people. the people i have gathered around me and that have moved back too. father mother god, i am so thankful for these people. many more not pictured here, many who are not local. i am so grateful.

in times like these, joy, play, and connection feel like radical acts. i’m holding onto them, savoring them, and sharing them—because life is too precious to let the weight of the world steal our sweetness. we will need it in the days to come.

this weekend is imbolc, the halfway point between winter and spring. the first stirrings of life under the frost. the quiet reminder that change is already happening, even when we can’t see it.

imbolc, an ancient celtic holiday, is believed to mean “in the belly”—the place where growth, transformation, and healing begin. the belly is where we breathe, where we find our center, where we tap into the deep rhythms of the earth and our own power.

but capitalist conditioning doesn’t honor wintering. it tells us to push, to grind, to keep going at full speed—even as the silly orange fool does what silly orange fools do best, dragging us all into more chaos. the systems we live in drain us, distract us, disconnect us. but our breath? our creativity? our connection to the earth and each other? that’s ours. that’s power.

how to winter:
❄️ honor your energy—sleep, move slowly, take breaks
🔥 nourish yourself—warm foods, deep breaths, soft blankets
🌙 say no when you need to—not everything needs your attention right now
💨 release the heaviness—cry, sigh, shake it out, breathe
🌱 remember, spring will come—but you don’t have to rush it

so let’s gather come spring. let’s breathe together, clear out what’s weighing us down, and honor the slowness of this season. then let’s create together, weaving our intentions into flowers and welcoming the equinox—not with urgency, but with reverence.

this is for the dreamers, the fighters, the ones who want to rest but also want to rise. for those who refuse to be swallowed by exhaustion and fear. for those who know that tending ourselves is also tending the revolution.

this event is donation-based, with art supplies provided for after breathwork. we’ll also have homemade nutritional snacks to nourish our bodies and hearts.

come as you are. bring a friend. let’s do this together.

a bit late but here’s a little welcome to aquarius season. i’ve been off this app and tbh it’s been so nicccceeeee to take a little consumption break.

loving on my people in person. envisioning. building. creating. laughing. crying. organizing. breathing. living!!!!

aquarius is the water bearer, pouring out fresh ideas, breaking old patterns, and dreaming up a better world.

this season invites us to expand our vision, connect with community, and trust in the weird, unexpected paths that lead us forward.

put down your phone and go outside!!! talk to your neighbors!!! give your time. spread love. breathe deep.

trust in the unfolding, while taking action to foster the ideal outcome.

bless up!!!! ♥️♥️♥️✨✨✨✨♥️♥️♥️

my offerings are ✨for the witchy misfits, rebels, outcasts, neurodivergent baddies, and black sheep who:
• see injustice and want to change it
• feel overwhelmed but are open to new ways of being
• want to rest + reconnect
• are in transition + unsure of who they are
• feel like they’re “too much” but “not enough”
• burn out a lot but are ready to get weird
• crave belonging but struggle with being here

wherever you are, you’re doing better than you think. stay weird, stay soft, and keep breathing. ✨

powerful writing by , thank you for these potent words 🖤

in the wake of california’s devastating wildfires, i’m reflecting on the deep inequality that fuels these crises. the billionaires who “own” the land, the water, the power—they hoard resources while others lose everything. greed lives in all of us, but those with the most must be held accountable. we need a shift in how we see and use resources, and we need it now.

here are some questions i’m sitting with:

1. what does “greed” mean to me, and where does it show up in my life? how does it show up in the world around me?

2. what do i fear losing the most, and how does this fear drive me to accumulate?

3. how does my belief in scarcity shape my choices? how can i move from hoarding to sharing, especially in times of crisis?

4. how would my life change if i embraced abundance, understanding that wealth is found in community, connection, and collective wellbeing?

5. what steps can i take today to support those in need, advocate for land back, and address systemic inequality?

to and : your control over california’s water, land, and resources must be confronted and corrected. the imbalance of wealth and power you perpetuate harms the people, the land, and the future. it’s time to give back—land, water, resources. it’s time to acknowledge the wounds caused by greed, colonialism, and the theft of indigenous lands. may these times transform our collective unconscious into something that serves life rather than undermines it.

prayers to all those suffering—from the palisades to palestine, we are deeply intertwined. though we may be far apart, our hearts and actions weave together. when we heal ourselves, when we choose hope, and when we move from love, we contribute to healing the world.

thank you all for the birthday love 🖤

celebrating my birthday has become a radical practice of self-reclamation. it’s a day I treat as a personal milestone, reflecting on the fact that I’m still here: growing, healing, and thriving.

for many years, my birthday felt heavy, overshadowed by the anniversary of a traumatic experience I wasn’t ready to face. but in 2024, I chose to dive into it with EMDR, confronting what I’d carried for over a decade. I’m proud to say: I fu***ng did that! shoutout to muh therapist 🥰

this year, for the first time since my 20th birthday, I felt completely present and safe in my body—what a gift.

today marks 33 rotations around the sun for me in this body

tbh, i never thought i’d live past 18
and i went through some weird s**t going into my 20s
that i didn’t think was survivable
and again in my late twenties…

but here i am.

life has a way of testing us—
how badly do we want to be here?
can i wait to see if this ideation subsides?
(it always does.)
why rush the process?
why move the finish line?
nah, babe, i’m here to see this through—
in it for the long haul,
or till spirit decides to evacuate me.
i want all the experiences.

as much as i can’t predict the s**tty times,
i also can’t predict the blissful ones.
each year, i’ve become better to myself,
and in turn better to my family,
my friends,
my community,
and planet earth.

idk, i guess all i’m trying to say is:
stoked to be here,
stoked to be me,
stoked to know you,
and stoked to keep
growing / aging / creating / learning / unlearning /
fu***ng up / kicking butt / succeeding on my own terms.

here’s to life in all its messiness and magic.
cheers to 33 and everything still to come.

It’s like the weather in Oregon followed me to Colorado and I’m so here do it. What a gorgeous summer it has been. Grateful for it all. ❤️

Happy Saturday 🪐

My favorite tea mug says “When it rains, look for rainbows 🌈 When it’s dark look for stars ✨”

I’m hoping the clouds clear up tonight so we can all watch the meteor shower.

What’s something you’re letting go of? One word ⬇️ I’ll go first.

This FREE offering is happening this weekend!

Sunday August 27th at 1PM PST 🌬️

We will be offering embodiment practices for moving through heartbreak with a particular focus on relationships (platonic, romantic, etc) 💔

Live attendance is HIGHLY encouraged and the replay will be sent out afterwards to all registrants, so if you really can’t make it live, sign up anyway 😉

This workshop was originally intended as a little tasting of what was to come from the Ripple Effect retreat this October, however in the wake of the tragedies of the fires on Maui, we’ve decided to postpone the retreat.

“Lahaina is the spiritual & cultural heart of the Hawaiian islands. All of the islands grieve with Maui over the horror that has transpired. These fires have led our community into inspired action to bring our resources together to support one another in forming solidarity in our rural area & across the islands. For now we are closed to visitors who are not already here on the islands and in need of immediate support. We are postponing the last retreat we had planned for this year as we feel it would not be the best use of our energy & resources at this time. There are many people here closely impacted who we can serve now & that is what we will be focusing on.” - Elena and Ryan, stewards and my dear friends ❤️

Despite this change, we are still very excited to collaborate together for this weekend’s workshop, and look forward to facilitating a healing experience for all those who sign up. Thanks for reading 😘

Sometimes we get so caught up in worrying about what we’ve lost, rather than realizing what we have gained in its absence.

As painful as breakups or any kind are, each ending brings an opportunity to assess and evaluate where we are in or out of our own integrity, values, and self responsibility.

Each experience can strengthen our inner compasses and our self trust.

If you're nursing a broken heart, our FREE virtual workshop on August 27th is for you.

I'm thrilled to be facilitating this healing space alongside my soul sister and Master Sattva Yoga Teacher, Elena of .

As two friends who have reconciled after our own painful breakup, we know the heartache firsthand.

Together we'll unpack the complex emotions and share tools to start healing through journaling, kriya, mantra, breathwork and embodiment practices.

You'll leave feeling seen, supported, and lighter - with self-care practices for navigating heartbreak.

It will be recorded and the replay will be sent out to all those registered, so live attendance (highly encouraged) is not required.

This virtual workshop is a judgement-free space to care for your heart.

I hope you’ll join us, 🔗 in bio ✨
