The Science of the Standard
Our hands-on curriculum days are intentionally structured to engage every type of learner. Whether you’re auditory, visual, or kinesthetic, our three-pillar system ensures the technique sticks.
The Breakdown:
1) Verbal Discussion (Auditory): Deconstructing the “why” and the geometry of the shape.
2) Demonstration (Visual): Translating theory into clear, observable movement.
3) Hands-On (Kinesthetic): Putting steel to hair and locking the muscle memory into place.
Standardizing the craft by respecting the way we learn.

Introducing Royal Lemery. Royal came from years in the restaurant industry before finding barbering as the perfect blend of creative work and technical discipline. He brings the same care to building new relationships as he does to nurturing the ones he’s already made with longtime guests — whether that’s a classic cut or a modern style, delivered with precision and attention to detail.
“I wanted to do something that made other people feel good. I love the feeling of helping people feel confident and feel great about themselves.”
CT has quietly been putting in serious work behind the chair, and it shows. After two years of growth, consistency, and staying coachable every step of the way, he has officially earned his promotion to Barber at The Rosemont Barbers. We are proud of the standard he continues to raise and even more excited for what is ahead. If you have sat in CT’s chair, you already know. If not, now is a good time.
We believe in doing things the right way, not the easy way. A huge shoutout to for hand-painting and leafing our new sign in genuine 23kt gold. It’s a craft that takes patience, precision, and a steady hand—the same things we bring to every cut at The Rosemont Barbers.

😂 jk we had an absolute blast at our holiday team dinner this year. For most of us it was our first hibachi experience and I think we’re hooked! We might lose as he pursues a new career path as a hibachi chef.
Thank you to our entire team for always making everything so fun when we get together and hang. Tonight was a blast!
Thanks for the idea

This was our first full calendar year in the new shop, and it’s safe to say it put us to the test. We’re looking back at a year that truly defined what Rosemont stands for.
Growth behind the chair was a massive highlight. We expanded our team with Brian, CT, and Xavier, and watching them evolve has been incredible. From promotions to new roles, the talent in this shop just keeps rising. Most recently, we celebrated Shelby’s hard-earned promotion to Senior Barber. While we said a bittersweet goodbye to our friend Zack as he headed back home to Kentucky, we are so proud of the squad we have standing here today.
Running a business isn’t always smooth fades and clean lines. This year brought unexpected hurdles that tested our resilience, but we pushed through every challenge without missing a beat for our guests. We also prioritized doing things the right way—passing state audits and investing in shop upgrades like new wainscoting and custom tools to make Rosemont feel even more like home.
To our guests: None of this happens without you. We know 2025 brought some growing pains—new faces and new systems. Your patience and support never wavered. Every time you sit in our chairs, you are supporting a small business that is trying to do things the right way. Your trust is the greatest gift we received this year.
We’re wishing you a successful and happy New Year. We are honored to be your barbers, and we’ll see you in the chair in 2026!
Shelby is being promoted to Senior Barber!
From her first day with us, Shelby has poured herself into perfecting her craft and elevating the guest experience. She’s been steadily working toward this milestone, and we couldn’t be prouder to see her step into this next chapter.
Her promotion starts December 8th— anything booked before that date will reflect her old pricing, and anything on or after will reflect her new Senior Barber pricing.
Congrats Shelby, and thank you for everything you do for our guests and our team.
On Monday, December 1st from 3–7PM, join us at The Rosemont Barbers for Rosemont & Friends — an intimate gathering of Denver’s most intentional brands, makers, and chefs. This isn’t a public pop-up or an open house. It’s an invite-only experience for the people who support what we do and share the same appreciation for bespoke craftsmanship and community.
Under one roof, you’ll find:
The Wagyu Den — purveyors of Japanese, Australian, and American Wagyu, bringing their finest cuts for you to experience live as they collaborate with Workbench, the private dining team known for their immersive tasting events and chef-led dinners.
Queen City Optical Provisions — design-forward opticians pairing small-batch eyewear with serious eye care.
All Hat No Cattle — Denver’s own one-man atelier creating made-to-order American workwear built by hand to last a lifetime.
Cutter Paul — the city’s leading hatmaker, where every piece is hand-shaped and finished with intention and soul.
Jack Ludlam — is a lens-based artist specializing in medium and large format film photography.
And of course, The Rosemont Barbers — hosting this evening of food, drink, and conversation as a way to connect the people and brands that shape our city.
Attendance is complimentary, but space is limited. This is the first of a series of curated gatherings we’ll be hosting — created exclusively for our guests and community.
