Over the past year, we've been part of building something deeply needed, and rooted in the belief when we invest in the well-being of women leaders, we strengthen entire communities.

Through our sister company, Mind Body Play Therapies, in partnership with Women in Sustainability U.S. and Citrine Unlimited, we are excited to launch The SustainHer Summit.

The SustainHER Summit is a scholarship-supported leadership summit for women from underestimated populations who are sustaining their communities through care, advocacy, and leadership. The summit provides practical tools for wellness, boundary-setting, and sustainable leadership, alongside space for rest, reflection, and peer connection, empowering women to protect their capacity and continue leading with clarity.

Thanks to funding from The Denver Foundation, all participants receive full scholarships. The summit will take place March 5, 2026, at Birch Road in Denver.

We are now accepting nominations (self-nominations welcome) for women who deserve dedicated support for their well-being and leadership.

Sarita will be delivering the morning Keynote Address:
“When the System Isn’t Built for You: Entrepreneurship, Health Insurance Gaps, Disability, and the Cost of Resilience in an Unequal System.”

She will be exploring the intersection of healthcare access, affordability, trauma, and the burden placed on those who fall outside the traditional safety nets, and how we can work together toward a system that truly serves everyone.

Join our Co-Founder, Sarita Parikh, this evening for Unstoppable Together - Steadfast & Rising: Disability Justice in Asian and Pacific Islander Communities hosted by Colorado Cross Disability Coalition.

As Board Treasurer for CCDC, she will be joining a remarkable group of panelists as they discuss living with disabilities and disability justice in the Asian and Pacific Islander Communities. Panelists include: Melissa Akie Wiley, Curtis Chong of the National Federation of the Blind, and Marja Posner a strong Deaf advocate from DOVE and the Colorado Association of the Deaf. The panel will be moderated by the fantastic Malik Gooch the CCDC visual communications coordinator.

Women in Sustainability Colorado is hosting an Embrace the Rage evening and is inviting us all to embrace our emotions—whether it’s rage, grief, or frustration—by screaming it out in a supportive, welcoming space. This is your chance to give your feelings a voice, surrounded by people who truly get it. After releasing that pent-up energy, we’ll take time to connect and heal together. Scream & Heal: We’ll start with the primal scream, followed by time to connect and reflect with others.
