So you know me, I am always trying to make a nose “perky” with a break above the tip and all the way turned up! This patient wanted me to keep her nose straight, and when I looked at that nose at the end, I was like “ yes this is a whole vibe” I absolutely loved it! Isn’t it wonderful that I get to create the nose of your dreams and I have the flexibility to shape it to your preference. I get to be a sculptor, but instead of creating statues, I create living art that walks around this planet showing off my work. I feel so incredibly blessed every single day to do this job. Natural full lips for fall!

I always do the jawline with Radiesse. Radiesse is a calcium filler as opposed to the hyaluronic acid gel that is used in most other places in the face. The benefit of Radiesse is that it truly looks like your own bone. It also builds collagen and elastin in the area where it’s injected and lasts up to two years.

I truly don’t understand why people are so afraid of having gorgeous lips! I hear so often that people want to make sure no one in their life will notice. My question is why!?! You don’t want people around you to notice that you look younger and prettier? I really don’t get it! Always be the best version of yourself, always shine bright, always command the attention of everyone in the room! The more full your cup, the more you have to pour into others! Let’s collectively as a society, as women, decide it’s ok to be stunning!

First of all, let me just celebrate the fact that I am the only person who has ever injected these lips which means that filler is not going to migrate! Filler does not migrate when it is placed in the right plane! You’ve heard this before and you’re gonna hear me say it again and again and again! In her case, her lips were very thin to begin with, and as we age with thin lips, they start to look very wide. It is important to make them more vertical and less horizontal to bring the usefulness back to the face.

In a world where everything is filtered, it feels very vulnerable to post a no make up unfiltered photo, but if I am not willing to do it myself, how can I expect to ask it of you. I’m not saying that I am going to completely give up filters and I’m never going to give up make up. But I hope to be more authentic and show my pores and flaws and redness more often. I just finished healing from a medical grade microneedle, bio stimulator, and CO2 it took me about two weeks to fully peel, it was honestly a little more social downtime than I expected but I gotta say my skin is pretty shiny and glowing and I’m really glad I did it! I decided to take the last two weeks and just focus on self-care every day. I did a liver cleanse, saunas, Lots of work workouts, grounding, reading, clean eating, magnesium baths, castor oil packs, meditation, belly laughs, probiotics and dog snuggles and now I am ready to party! If you are interested in doing a major overhaul on your skin, I suggest looking forward at your calendar and finding at least a week or you can look yucky and just focus on yourself. I’m not saying you cannot work during this process, but I would suggest not having anything important to do for at least a week. Totally worth it!
