I believe, first and foremost, that you must live a life of balance – at home, at work, in your relationships, and mentally/physically.
Life will always have its ups and downs, but if you are in tune with yourself and living mindfully, you will be able to navigate those hills much easier than if you were not.
I once read somewhere that “life is not a dress rehearsal,” and I could not agree more. We are given this one life to live; there is no final performance to redo things differently. We must start now to ensure we are living the life we want.
The beauty of living a balanced life is that you do not have to give up things in life that you love. If your goal is to get in shape, eating right and working out are beneficial, but you can still go out and enjoy yourself; it should just be done in moderation. It all depends on what your goals are.
Through this page and my website, I hope to encourage and empower people to search out what their best life is, and share my journey to living my best life!

Had a fabulous time talking essential oils at Yoga Pod Lowry 's wellness event yesterday! They are building an amazing community and I am so happy to be a part of it!
A great news clip about a Vegas hospital incorporating essential oils! Love seeing things like this. I always say that essential oils are my first line of defense, if needed I will still use medicine, but if something from the earth, like essential oils, can help me I'd rather use them. Please keep in mind, like all things, not all essential oils are created the same, which is why I use doTERRA'S Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade Oils.

For so long I had this notion that I was not a creative person, and that I would never be. The thing I am starting to understand about creativity is that it takes on many different shapes and it is not one size fits all. It is unique to each and every one of us, and within each and every one of us. Big Magic by is really a great read and giving me more perspective on this. It is also reminding me that I am in fact a creative person in my own unique and very special way....and so are you!
What are you doing today to cherish your creativity?
Such a wonderful reminder that we need to be kind to ourselves! That we can be so mean to ourselves and say things we would never day to anyone else or to our younger self! I know I am so guilty of this!
I think I need to keep a picture of my younger self with me so I can pull it out when I have these thoughts!
