What mysteries around hair extensions do you still have?

What’s stopping you from trying them?
What confuses you?
What have you always wanted to ask but never did?

Maintenance?
Damage?
Can you still wear your hair up?
How they feel?
How often you wash them?
What method is best?

There are so many misconceptions around extensions and I love helping people understand what’s actually realistic 💁🏼‍♀️

Consultations are about so much more than just deciding what we’re doing that day ✨

They’re where we create a plan.

Good hair usually doesn’t happen in one appointment—it’s built over time through conversations, goals, maintenance, and adjustments along the way.

We talk about what’s coming up in your life too. Vacations. Weddings. Photos. Busy seasons. Times where you want lower maintenance… or maybe times you want to feel extra done up 💁🏼‍♀️

And honestly? Those conversations don’t stop after the initial consultation.

We revisit your goals at every appointment so we stay connected, realistic, and focused on where we’re headed with your hair.

Because the best results happen when there’s a long-term plan.

One of my favorite things about extensions? The dimension they create ✨

Extensions aren’t just about adding length or volume—they can completely elevate your color too.

Adding lighter and darker pieces throughout creates depth, brightness, contrast, and that “expensive hair” look that catches the light so well 👀

Sometimes it’s the extra dimension that makes the biggest difference.

If your hair feels flat, one-note, or like it’s missing something, extensions might be the upgrade you’re looking for 💁🏼‍♀️

I’ve loved the water for as long as I can remember ☀️🌊

Swimming when the pool was way too cold and everyone thought I was crazy. Floating on a raft for hours. Now it’s usually me, a good book, and staying outside until the sun disappears.

And honestly… any body of water will do 😉

Some reds are subtle.
This wasn’t one of them ❤️

Custom Rich, bold, dimensional red with 1 row of Wild Indie genius wefts in the Shade Red Rocks. I enhanced the wefts with a super shiny gloss of yellows and orange. 🍊🧡💛🏵️🟠🌻⭐️🌼🔅

My favorite pool-day leave-ins ☀️💦

If you wear extensions (or honestly just care about your hair and hair color), a leave-in before the pool or ocean is a must.

Why?
Because dry hair acts like a sponge. If your hair is dry when you jump in, it’s more likely to absorb chlorine, salt water, minerals, and sunscreen—which can leave the hair feeling rough, tangled, faded, or overly dry.

A good leave-in helps create a barrier while adding moisture + protection 👏🏽

A few of my favorites:

✨ GK Leave-In Spray
Lightweight, softening, and great if you want hydration without feeling heavy. Perfect for finer hair or anyone who hates too much product.

☀️ R+Co Sun Catcher
Made for summer hair. Helps protect against UV damage while keeping the hair soft and manageable after long pool or beach days.

💛 GK Leave-In Cream
My go-to for thicker, drier, or extension hair that needs extra moisture and smoothing. A little goes a long way.

Healthy summer hair is all about prep—not avoiding the fun 💁🏼‍♀️

Are you a golden blondie or a cool blondie? ✨👱🏼‍♀️

Both are beautiful… but not everyone is meant to be icy blonde.

Sometimes adding a little warmth actually makes your blonde look brighter, healthier, and more natural overall 👀

Golden blondes tend to work really well for:
• Warmer or neutral skin tones
• Clients wanting lower maintenance color
• Hair that struggles staying bright without feeling dry
• Anyone wanting that expensive, sunlit blonde vibe ✨

Cool blondes can be stunning too—but they usually require more upkeep, more toning, and often more commitment to keep them looking icy.

The “best blonde” is the one that works with you—your skin tone, your lifestyle, and your hair health 💁🏼‍♀️

So… what are you choosing?
Golden ☀️ or Cool ❄️

Would you believe this is a topper? 👀✨

Because this is exactly why I love them.

Topper pieces are designed to add coverage, density, and confidence in the areas where clients need it most—especially through the top, crown, or part line.

They can be an amazing option for:
• Hair thinning
• Hormonal or stress-related hair loss
• Low density at the crown
• Clients who want fullness without traditional extensions
• Anyone wanting extra coverage and volume on top

And when they’re customized and blended properly? They look incredibly natural 💁🏼‍♀️

Sometimes extensions are the answer. Sometimes it’s a topper. The goal is always finding the right solution for your hair.

If you’ve been struggling with thinning or feel like your hair just isn’t as full as it used to be, let’s talk about your options.

DM Topper and let’s chat about it 🤌🏽
