Small business owners and entrepreneurs deserve all the glory. We really are Davids in a sea of Goliaths and to have that kind of confidence with so much against you is incredible.
But I know in the depths of my soul I’m doing the right thing. Men need skincare. It’s getting there. You can just say you knew me before I became the industry leader in Denver.
I do not own a spa. I own a skin therapy studio in Denver, Colorado where men can be men. Even military men.

You have to understand. I never thought I’d ever get married or have a child. I didn’t think anyone would ever want to spend their life with me. So I just floated through life, doubled down on degrees, professional endeavors and traveling. Lots of partying. And then I met this dude Daniel and I was like ok, let’s hang out but let’s just be cool and have fun.
Fast forward 2-3 years, he called my Dad to ask for his permission, he said yes but also: “I don’t know if Gwyn is going to say yes. But good luck.” Bruh….the cards have always been stacked against this poor man. I would have never asked if I was him. JC.
And here we are 10 years of marriage later, 13 years together. Daniel not only is the only person I have ever completely been myself around but has accepted all my insecurities, forgiven me for my mistakes and has made me a better person.
Don’t get it twisted: he’s also benefitted from being with me. But that’s why opposites attract. Someone once was trying to remember who I was and then realized “ohhhhhh Gwyn with the serious husband.” Lmfaoooooo the best.
Our marriage has not been hard at all. Life events together have been tough AF. But here we are.
And so today, I pray he stays with me another ten years to fix everything I break (literally and figuratively), to pick me up when I’m down and to love me as I continue to change and evolve. And I’ll do the same for him.
My husband asked this morning : how do you want to celebrate two years free from w**d? “All I want to do is rip the biggest b**g hit ever” said in true addict form 😩
Smoking w**d and ci******es is the same thing. It’s the smoke that causes the biggest skin issues. But once you stop, the undeniable results are as follows:
