The addition of massage is a great accompaniment to a holistic lifestyle. It can help with stress relief, headaches, muscle pain, mobility, sports performance, and many other ailments. Just as a car needs scheduled maintenance to prevent larger problems so does the body. Massage is like scheduled maintenance, we can use it to prevent larger problem. I have a background as a personal trainer which led me to this wonderful career. As such I know the rigors sports and the training involved can play on the body. I can perform pre and post event massage as well as rehabilitation on sports injuries. I can perform Swedish massage as well. I am a certified lymphatic drain specialist. Lymphatic drain also helps with many things. It helps with the healing process after surgery and it helps to remove fluid trapped in the interstitial tissue by pumping the fluid up and out thru the lymphatic system.
