Denver… I’m here! ✨

After nearly two decades of bodywork & 16 trips around the sun building my practice in the mountains, I’m so excited to officially announce the expansion of my bodywork business into Denver. What started as a dream, a Thai mat at Telluride Farmer’s Market, and a deep desire to help people feel better in their bodies has grown into something bigger than I ever imagined.

For those who know me, bodywork has never been “just a job.” It’s been my calling. I’ve dedicated myself to learning, refining, and creating a barefoot massage practice that help people move freely, recover faster, and reconnect with themselves. From athletes pushing their limits, to busy professionals carrying stress, to anyone navigating pain or restriction—I love helping people feel the shift that happens when the body finally lets go.

Soleful Bodywork Denver represents a new beginning for me. I’m excited to step into this season, rebuild, and create something strong and intentional here. I’m bringing with me the same focused, therapeutic work I’ve built my reputation on—now specializing in Sarga Bodywork in Denver: a barefoot myofascial release technique designed to create lasting change, improve mobility, and support recovery for active lifestyles.
