With 9 years behind the chair, Hillary is bringing serious edge, artistry, and heart to Onyx & Co. She lives for razor-cut s**gs, pixies, dimensional balayage, and bold creative color… basically, if it’s cool, effortless, and a little rebellious—she’s your girl.

What we love most? Her “no rules” approach to beauty. Hillary believes confidence is the real magic, and she’s all about helping you feel like that version of yourself the second you leave her chair.

Her story started young—learning to curl hair at just 7 years old, inspired by her mom’s iconic 90’s s**g and a whole lot of hairspray. That mix of nostalgia and self-expression still shows up in everything she does today.

Outside the salon, she’s serving punk-inspired style, ramen noodles, and late-night episodes of Forensic Files. And after a full day of making people feel amazing? You’ll find her unwinding in the kitchen, cooking up something delicious with her husband.

Lindsey is one of the fearless leaders and co-owners who brought Onyx & Co Salon to life. Without her vision, drive, and relentless work ethic, the salon would never have accomplished everything it did in its very first year. She truly leads from the front.

Lindsey is quick, smart, and one of the hardest working people you’ll ever meet. She shows up every single day determined to build something meaningful — not just for herself, but for the team around her and for the example she sets for her daughter. She embodies what a true powerhouse woman looks like: resilient, driven, and full of heart.

To know Lindsey is to know love and joy. Her laugh is contagious, her smile lights up a room, and her energy is something we’re incredibly lucky to have filling the salon every day. She inspires the people around her, mentors with generosity, and somehow still manages to keep us all laughing along the way. (And yes… she’s also a pretty bad-ass dancer.)
