As many of you know, Skinsanity has been transitioning to a new practice management system called PatientNow. While the long-term benefits are going to be great — easier scheduling, streamlined communication, and better record-keeping — the integration process has been bumpier than expected, and I want to be upfront with you about that.

We've experienced some duplicate and missing appointments during the migration, and until everything is fully ironed out (which I anticipate will take a few more weeks), I want to make sure none of your appointments fall through the cracks.

Here's what you need to know right now:

• VERIFY YOUR APPOINTMENT — Please reach out to me directly via text to confirm your upcoming appointment: 720-485-8118. I'd rather over-communicate than have anyone miss time with me.
• CONFIRMATIONS — You will receive a confirmation text and email from the system. Good news: you can cancel directly from that confirmation message without needing to download an app.
• NO ONLINE CANCELLATION YET — Online cancellation through the portal is not available at this time. To cancel or reschedule, please text or email me directly.

Jeuveau® (prabotulinumtoxinA-xvfs) is an FDA-approved prescription injectable treatment used to temporarily improve the look of moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows (glabellar lines) in adults.
