Silence will reveal a lot about your mental state.

I think many of us have become so used to noise that we rarely experience ourselves without stimulation. Music, scrolling, television, conversations, constant movement — something is almost always filling the space.

But when things finally get quiet, what comes up?

Peace?
Anxiety?
Restlessness?
Clarity?

I’ve been learning that distraction can sometimes delay self-awareness. And while staying busy may keep certain thoughts away temporarily, eventually your mind still asks to be heard.

There’s something important about learning how to be present with yourself without immediately reaching for an escape. ✨Progress over perfection.
