Why Mediterranean? I grew up above the Acrtic circle and even getting a tomato was an accomplishment. We did not have a lot of things - sun, warmth and often food, but we had plenty of simplicity...
When I started university in Minsk, Belarus at 16, I had a chance to travel to Tunisia and it blew my mind. The TOMATOES! And the sun, the sea and everything was so yummy and so.... simple.
Many years later, this very notion of simplicity led me to start Katari. Life is too complex as it is. Katari is going back to bacics, to simple ingredients our body and skin can understand.
Still traveling by horse or donkey when I am in Tunisia since 1997.... They are not fast and they truly fit into the 'slow and intentional' lifestyle...

You do not need a ton of products. Here are the two you should have - a toner and a moisturizer.
