How it works:
Under-eye wrinkles are often caused by the orbicularis oculi muscle, which contracts when you smile or squint. Small, carefully placed doses of Botox can soften this muscle activity, reducing the appearance of fine lines (especially dynamic wrinkles).

Best candidates:
• Patients with mild to moderate dynamic lines
• Those with good skin elasticity
• Patients without significant under-eye bags or laxity

What it won’t do:
Botox does not correct:
• Hollowing or volume loss (better treated with filler)
• Significant skin laxity or crepey texture (may need skin tightening or resurfacing)

Results:
• Smoother, more refreshed under-eye appearance
• Subtle improvement—never frozen when done correctly
• Results typically last 3–4 months
